I am having really bad right side pains . It first started on top of my belly button but moved slowly down to my right side . Every minute it would hurt more . But it would stop hurting at times . is this appendicitis ?

My husband is working in construction and his feet are constantly getting wet and stays wet 5 days a wet. His feet aren't drying out during the night, so therefore when he wakes up and goes to work his feet get even wetter. Any ideas on how we can dry his feet so that his feet aren't constantly wet? He's getting sores on his feet, that's why I am trying to find solutions.

I had a consultation with a spine surgeon about bone spurs in my neck. I dislocated the axis vertebrea C6 & C7 disks in the neck 7 years ago. He ordered a EMG test along with nerve tests. What is a EMG test and what does it do ?

I'm hiv + and have a non productive cough. This has been going on for the past 4 days. I've also had congestion in my head w/ a runny nose when i lay on my back its difficult to breath and my lower back aches. I also have a metalic taste in my mouth. I take bactrium daily along w/ other meds for my hiv. The matalic taste in my mouth worries me.

I have a really bad barking kind of cough and in my throat it feels like all cold air in my windpipe(if that makes sense) Its all tingly. Inside my mouth though it doesn't hurt its the actual throat(neck area I guess inside that feels cold and like pins and needles.) My cough is horrible and wakes me up all hours of the night. I have no other symptoms. This has been going on for about 3 weeks. Why is my throat feeling like this? Hi, I need some advise please. Saturday morning at 1:30AM I woke up with very bad gas pains. I can only describe them feeling like contractions. I had pain on and off all day Saturday and eventually fell asleep about 8:30PM Saturday night. I woke up again at 12:30AM Sunday morning with bad gas pains again and diarrhea. All day I have been in pain and having to go to the bathroom. I had some toast this morning, but didn't help my stomach at all. I have been taking Gas-X and antacid pills, but nothing is helping. My stomach feels like someone has been punching me from the inside out. Any advice on what I can do to stop this pain. I have no insurance anymore and no doctor, so I need to do something on my own. can a 12 year old who hasn't gotten her first period yet get pregnate form a boy who sexually harrsassed her

Husband is retaining water. He is taking two water pills on a daily basis - one of those twice a day and a third one every other day. Today he feels ok but has so much water his eyelids are very puffy, plus his legs and feet. He is on a low salt diet... and has not had any other than what is in a slice of bread and a muffin and some butter. Also had a little goulash and the tomato sauce has a little salt (from the can). I am concerned about the swelling and wonder what markers we need to look for if we should think about taking him to the hospital emergency room. His oxygen when sitting is usually 96 or 97 but when he moves around it lowers and if he tries to do anything much at all he needs oxygen. We have not put the finger oxygen tester on at that time to see what the number is. He doesn't want to go to the hospital, he thinks they will just send him home and tell him to not eat salt and don't drink as much... but he needs to drink (water/coffee) to flush the kidneys. I simply don't know at what point I need to push him to go to the hospital. What do I look for?

I have been experiencing nausea for a couple of weeks. When I get up and move around it gets worse and I get a little dizzy. So I have been mostly just lying down. I don't have an appetite. My blood pressure is good 127/80. I don't really have any other symptoms.

I had my period the 15 of January 2012 and i had sex on jan 21 today is February 16 I still haven't had a period me and my boyfriend don't use protection and he said he got off in me could I be pregnant right now or is it to soon.

If I took my birth control pill a few hours late on the first day off the placebo period will I still be protected from pregnancy? For my last pill cycle i was taking them at 4:30pm but for this first pill i didn't remember until 11:30pm. (so the last time i took the active pill was 4:30pm on feb 7th and then i started the next active set at 11:30pm on the 15th)

What is the average pay roll for an RN? When holidays come around do you usually get to spend them off? Is this job an easy task? In collage did you grades have to be really good to get to where you are now? What type o classes did you have to take to be an RN? Do you sometimes wish you never choose this job? How does it feel to have this type of job? Do you get to choose you on off days? How long do you have to be an RN before you can retire?
